From the aptitude test to module examinations and registration for the thesis, the Examinations Office is the central point of contact for anyone who wants to complete a stage of their education and move on to the next hurdle in their career. To do this, rules must be followed and forms must be filled out, which you can obtain from the Examinations Office.
The Examinations Office keeps and processes all students’ examination documents – from the results of the artistic aptitude test to the disputation of the doctoral thesis. Certificates and diplomas are issued and handed out here. Accident reports should also be submitted to the Examinations Office.
Office hours
A personal consultation hour (“Punktekiosk”) takes place on Tuesdays from 11:30 to 12:00 in the glass foyer of the administration building. Registration can be done via the communication platform Incom in the workspace “Pinwand Prüfungsamt Bachelor und Master”. Please register there at least one day before. Time changes of the office hours (for example due to vacation) will also be announced in this workspace.
Outside of the “Punktekiosk”, the staff of the Examination Office is available to you in person by appointment and by e-mail / telephone.
